Managers and Team Leaders 2.0
Our facilitated and virtual workshops for managers highlight the key role of effective management and team leadership skills in acheiving key outcomes for effective global performance:

Our "Collaboration 2.0" program is a 1 day program that focuses on the role of managing cross functional and cross geographical structures, while "Global Teams 2.0" is a 2-3 day deep exploration for intact teams and their managers.
"Leading without Boundaries"
Our 3-day Foundational programs and 2-day Advanced programs are designed for emerging and in-role global leaders, who are exposed to key concepts of global culture, leadership, technology and inclusion. Our programs allow leaders to:
- Understand the critical differences between management and leadership
- Become aware of their own biases, cultural preferences and behaviors
- Learn about key motivators/drivers of performance in different cultures

"REAL Inclusion"
- 1/2 day facilitated workshop bringing together core concepts of Inclusion and Global Culture
- Progressive framework is introduced in smaller modules, allowing for development of key skills and semi-customization
- Focus on key cultural behaviors of targeted global regions
- Attendees receive "Skill Maps" helping to make appropriate behavioral choices and guide action planning
